Nalin Rogers’ path into landscaping was shaped long before it became a profession. He grew up outdoors, shaped by a father who spent his career as the superintendent at one of Australia’s most prestigious golf courses. From an early age, Nalin understood what genuine attention to detail looked like in a landscape and what it took to maintain something to an exceptional standard consistently over time.
That foundation became the basis for NJR Landscapes. Nalin began working on large acreage properties across the Mornington Peninsula, maintaining the grounds of high net worth clients who expected a level of care that most services could not deliver. His reputation grew through the quality of his work rather than any advertising, and demand for his services grew with it.
Over time, NJR Landscapes evolved from a maintenance operation into a full-service landscape and earthworks company. Nalin built the team, acquired the machinery and developed the trade relationships that allowed NJR to take on complete property transformations from the ground up. Today the company handles everything from initial earthworks and design through to installation and ongoing care, with the same attention to detail that started it all.

Project Management & Build
We coordinate everything. Our own crews, trusted trade partners and specialist suppliers. You have one point of contact throughout. We handle the complexity so you do not have to.
Handover & Ongoing Care
We deliver a finished property you are proud of and we stay available. Our maintenance programs ensure your landscape continues to perform and look its best through every season.

OUR ADVANTAGE
Most landscaping companies subcontract their earthworks and machinery requirements. That introduces delays, additional cost and a third party on your site who does not know your project. NJR Landscapes owns and operates its own plant and machinery fleet, which changes what is possible and how quickly it can be delivered.
Our machinery is maintained to a commercial standard and operated by our own experienced team. When your project needs earthmoving, we do not wait for availability. We show up with the right equipment and get it done.
Tractors
For slashing, towing, spreading and heavy cultivation across large acreages and rural sites. Essential for efficient management of Peninsula properties at scale.
Excavators
Precision earthmoving for retaining walls, drainage, dams and site preparation of all scales. The backbone of our earthworks capability.

Compact and versatile for confined spaces, detailed garden construction and installation work where larger machinery cannot access safely.

Our core team of specialists is supported by a strong network of trusted trade partners and suppliers built over more than a decade on the Peninsula. When a project requires specialist input, we coordinate trades we know and trust, who work to our standard and share our commitment to the outcome.
Every project is overseen by Nalin personally. That is not marketing language. It is how we maintain the standard that our clients expect and that our reputation is built on.
